Rochelle Hood

Rochelle is the President of PINK Consulting, a professional services firm concentrated on enriching business results through enhanced Process, Innovation, Networking and Knowledge Exchange.

Rochelle brings more than 17 years of experience as a project management and quality assurance professional.   She gained extensive knowledge through projects she led and teams she managed at Harris Corporation, QVC, Dictaphone, PKS Information Services and IBM.  Rochelle headed business process and system projects supporting Call Center Operations, Resource Management, Accounting Analytics, Treasury Cash Management, Payroll, Time and Labor, Accounts Payable, Expatriate Compensation and Finance Optimization.

Rochelle has an extensive background in industry sectors including Shared Services, Call Center Operations and Information Services.  She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) attaining her credentials from the internationally recognized Project Management Institute and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.  Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration.  She has conducted training in diverse fields of study including Organizational Development, Customer Service, Process Optimization, Project Management Fundamentals and Problem Solving.

Rochelle currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Space Coast Chapter Board of Directors.  She is a program development contributor for the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) certification program and was appointed as a SSON Fellow in 2011.  Rochelle founded and leads a non-profit organization to support the development and growth of small and locally owned business.  She also serves as a volunteer fundraising leader for Serene Harbor, a domestic violence shelter.
